Port of Hope Canada is a chaplain ministry to the seafarers on vessels that routinely arrive at the Fraser-Surrey Docks at Surrey, British Columbia, CANADA.
Christian seafarer...We know living a Christian life and testimony is hard on the ship. You may be the only strong Christian on board. You're away from home, friends and church. You face temptations on and off the ship.
That's why one of the first questions we ask when we board your vessel is, "Are there any strong Christians on this ship?" We want to meet you.
We want to hear about your home, work and church, and your faith in Christ...to hear your joys and concerns...to encourage you from God's Word and pray with you.
We want to be "your Christian friend in Canada." (We also like having friends around the world!)
